Warranty

Surge suppressors distributed by Matech, LLC are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery to the buyer.  Our warranty extends to all covered claims within ten (10) years following the date of delivery of equipment to the purchaser.  Matech must receive notice within thirty (30) days of discovery of such defect in order to receive full warranty coverage.

Our obligation under the warranty shall be limited to replacement of the equipment.  In no event is Matech liable for damages or loss attributable to incorrect use or abuse of the equipment.
